Maria E. Pedrick, CEO
Maria is the President and Founder of PCG Inc., and the Director of Business Development. Maria's HR Career began in 1988. She has held almost every position within an HR Department from HR Assistant to Director of Human Resources. Maria gained her experience by working for a diverse group of companies and industries, such as, Principal Life Insurance Co., Provident Mutual, AAA Mid-Atlantic, Holiday Inn, Hilton Hotel, and VSI (an indirect subsidiary of Exelon Corp). She gained her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Widener University. She also holds her Certification in Human Resources from The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Villanova University. Maria is our primary Consultant and has direct contact with every client and project. Her tenure and and reputation in this industry enables her to provide clients with the qualified experts to meet their needs.
